If you order a printed book we also collect the delivery address and a phone number, because a courier cannot deliver without them. In much of the Gulf a reachable phone is what actually gets a parcel to the door. We keep those delivery details for six months after your book is delivered, and then remove them automatically. A record of the order itself (its reference, date, what you ordered and the destination country) is kept for eighteen months because our payment providers require it. Photos are uploaded over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, used solely to create your book, never used to train AI, never sold, and deleted once your book is finished and sent to you.تُرفع الصور عبر اتصالٍ مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُستخدم فقط لإنشاء كتابك، ولا تُستخدم أبدًا لتدريب الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا تُباع، وتُحذف بعد اكتمال كتابك وتسليمه إليك.
To create and deliver your books, process orders, provide support, and send updates you ask for. We do not sell your data. The book file you buy is personalized to you: nothing extra is printed on its pages, and the file's document properties record the buyer's email and order number, so a copy that gets passed around can still be traced back to the order it came from.لإنشاء كتبك وتسليمها، ومعالجة الطلبات، وتقديم الدعم، وإرسال التحديثات التي تطلبها. لا نبيع بياناتك. وملفّ الكتاب الذي تشتريه مخصّصٌ لك: لا يُطبع على صفحاته أيّ شيء إضافي، وتُسجَّل في خصائص الملف بيانات المشتري ورقم الطلب، حتى يمكن ردّ أيّ نسخةٍ متداولة إلى طلبها الأصلي.
We count visits to our public pages so we know which stories families are looking for. We use Umami, which we run on our own server: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and stores no personal data. It records only the page visited, the referring site, and a country and device type derived from your connection. Nothing is sent to an advertising network, and there is nothing to sell or share. We deliberately do not measure anything inside a book you have bought: what your family reads is yours alone.نُحصي زيارات صفحاتنا العامة لنعرف الحكايات التي تبحث عنها العائلات. نستخدم Umami ونشغّله على خادمنا الخاص: فهو لا يستخدم أيّ ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا يتتبّعك عبر المواقع الأخرى، ولا يخزّن أيّ بيانات شخصية. يسجّل فقط الصفحة التي زرتها، والموقع الذي أتيت منه، والدولة ونوع الجهاز المستنتَجين من اتصالك. ولا يُرسَل شيء إلى أيّ شبكة إعلانات، ولا يوجد ما يُباع أو يُشارَك. وقد اخترنا عن قصد ألّا نقيس أي شيء داخل كتابٍ اشتريته: ما تقرأه عائلتك يخصّها وحدها.
We use trusted providers such as payment, hosting, and printing only to deliver your order, under confidentiality. For a printed book we also give a courier your name, delivery address and phone number so the parcel can reach you, and the courier tells us when it was delivered. Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment providers: Paymob and, for some orders, Stripe. When you pay, the provider receives what it needs to process the transaction, such as the amount, the currency, and your email address. Your card number goes directly to the payment provider over an encrypted connection and never reaches our servers. The provider may process this information in or outside the country you pay from, as required to complete and safeguard the payment.الدفع. تُعالَج مدفوعات البطاقات عبر مزوّدي الدفع لدينا: باي موب، وسترايب لبعض الطلبات. عند الدفع يتلقّى المزوّد ما يلزم لمعالجة العملية، مثل المبلغ والعملة وبريدك الإلكتروني. أمّا رقم بطاقتك فيذهب مباشرةً إلى مزوّد الدفع عبر اتصالٍ مشفّر ولا يصل إلى خوادمنا أبدًا. وقد يعالج المزوّد هذه المعلومات داخل البلد الذي تدفع منه أو خارجه بحسب ما يتطلّبه إتمام الدفع وتأمينه.

One honest limit on deletion. When you ask us to delete your data we remove everything that identifies you: your name, email, phone, delivery address and any photo. What we cannot remove is the bare record that an order happened: its reference, date, what was ordered and the destination country. Our payment providers require us to keep that for eighteen months, and the law allows us to keep it for that purpose. It does not name you, and we do not use it for anything else.حدٌّ واحد صريح على الحذف. عندما تطلب حذف بياناتك نزيل كلّ ما يدلّ عليك: اسمك وبريدك وهاتفك وعنوان التوصيل وأيّ صورة. أمّا ما لا يمكننا إزالته فهو سجلّ حدوث الطلب فقط: رقمه المرجعي وتاريخه وما طُلب وبلد الوجهة. فمزوّدو الدفع لدينا يُلزموننا بحفظه ثمانية عشر شهرًا، ويجيز القانون حفظه لهذا الغرض. وهذا السجلّ لا يذكر اسمك، ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض آخر.
