A digital book is delivered instantly. The moment you unlock it, it is available in your account and a copy is emailed to you. There is no delivery charge and no waiting.يُسلَّم الكتاب الرقمي فورًا. فبمجرّد فتحه يصبح متاحًا في حسابك، وتصلك نسخة على بريدك الإلكتروني. لا توجد رسوم توصيل ولا انتظار.
Nothing is printed until you approve it. You read the finished book first, and printing begins only after you approve it. Your order is then held for 24 hours before it goes to the printer, so you can still correct a name, a line of text, or an illustration by replying to your order email.لا يُطبع شيء قبل موافقتك. تقرأ الكتاب المكتمل أولًا، ولا تبدأ الطباعة إلا بعد اعتمادك له. ثم يُحفظ طلبك 24 ساعة قبل إرساله إلى المطبعة، فيمكنك خلالها تصحيح اسم أو سطر نصّ أو رسمة بالردّ على بريد طلبك.
Extra copies of the same book travel together in one parcel, so delivery is charged once per order, not once per book.تُشحن النسخ الإضافية من الكتاب نفسه معًا في طردٍ واحد، لذا تُحتسب رسوم التوصيل مرّة واحدة لكل طلب، لا لكل كتاب.

The time shown is counted from the day you approve your book, and it covers printing as well as posting. You are shown the exact delivery price and time for your own country in the book builder, before you pay.تُحتسب المدة المذكورة من يوم اعتمادك لكتابك، وهي تشمل الطباعة والإرسال معًا. وتظهر لك تكلفة التوصيل ومدّته لبلدك تحديدًا داخل صفحة إنشاء الكتاب قبل الدفع.
Delivery prices are shown in US dollars and are the same flat rate for every book, whatever its size or binding. The delivery price does not include any import duty or tax that your own country may charge when the parcel arrives; those are set by your country, not by us.تُعرض أسعار التوصيل بالدولار الأمريكي، وهي سعر ثابت لكل كتاب مهما كان مقاسه أو نوع تغليفه. ولا تشمل تكلفة التوصيل أيّ رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب قد تفرضها بلدك عند وصول الطرد، فهي تُحدَّد من جهة بلدك لا من جهتنا.
We post to every country in the table above. A small number of destinations cannot be served by our carrier, and we will not take an order we cannot post: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Syria, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Afghanistan, Yemen, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Haiti and Myanmar. If your country is one of these, the printed book is not available to you, but the digital book still is.نشحن إلى كل الدول المذكورة في الجدول أعلاه. وهناك عدد قليل من الوجهات لا تستطيع شركة الشحن خدمتها، ولن نقبل طلبًا لا نستطيع إرساله: روسيا، وأوكرانيا، وبيلاروسيا، وسوريا، وإيران، وكوريا الشمالية، وكوبا، وأفغانستان، واليمن، والسودان، وجنوب السودان، والصومال، وهايتي، وميانمار. وإذا كانت بلدك منها فالكتاب المطبوع غير متاح لك، أمّا الكتاب الرقمي فمتاح.
We post to the address exactly as you enter it at checkout, so please check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email team@habkabook.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before the book goes to the printer. After the parcel has been posted the address cannot be changed.نرسل إلى العنوان كما تكتبه تمامًا عند الدفع، لذا يُرجى مراجعته قبل السداد. وإذا لاحظت خطأً، راسلنا على team@habkabook.com خلال 24 ساعة من الطلب وسنصحّحه قبل إرسال الكتاب إلى المطبعة. أمّا بعد إرسال الطرد فلا يمكن تغيير العنوان.
When you pay, we email you a confirmation setting out what you ordered, what you paid, and the delivery time for your destination. That email is your record of the order, and we keep a matching record of your approval of the book before printing. Keep the email: it is what we both refer to if anything needs sorting out.عند الدفع نرسل إليك بريدًا يؤكّد ما طلبته والمبلغ المدفوع ومدّة التوصيل إلى وجهتك. وهذا البريد هو سجلّك للطلب، ونحتفظ لدينا بسجلٍّ مقابل لاعتمادك الكتاب قبل الطباعة. احتفظ بالبريد، فهو المرجع لكلينا عند الحاجة إلى معالجة أي أمر.
If your parcel has not arrived within a week of the time shown above, email us and we will chase it with the carrier and tell you where it is.وإذا لم يصل طردك خلال أسبوع من المدّة المذكورة أعلاه، راسلنا وسنتابعه مع شركة الشحن ونخبرك أين وصل.
For a printed book, the delivery record the courier keeps against your order's shipping reference is proof that the book reached you. For a digital book, unlocking it, so that it downloads and appears in your account, is proof that you received it. Ask us at any time and we will show you the record for your own order.بالنسبة للكتاب المطبوع، يُعدّ سجلّ التسليم المحفوظ لدى شركة الشحن مقابل مرجع الشحن الخاص بطلبك دليلاً على وصول الكتاب إليك. وبالنسبة للكتاب الرقمي، يُعدّ فتحه، بحيث يُنزَّل ويظهر في حسابك، دليلاً على استلامك له. واطلب منّا في أي وقت أن نعرض عليك سجلّ طلبك.
If your printed book arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it free of charge. If a reprint cannot put it right, we will refund it. If a parcel is lost in the post, we reprint and repost it at our cost. The full refund and returns policy is in our Terms.إذا وصل كتابك المطبوع تالفًا أو بطباعةٍ خاطئة أو مختلفًا عمّا طلبت، أرسل لنا صورة خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام وسنعيد طباعته مجانًا. وإن تعذّر إصلاح الأمر بإعادة الطباعة فسنردّ قيمته. وإذا ضاع الطرد في البريد، نعيد طباعته وإرساله على نفقتنا. وسياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع كاملةً في الشروط.
Slight variation in colour and trim is normal in printing and is not a fault.الاختلاف الطفيف في الألوان وحوافّ القصّ أمرٌ طبيعي في الطباعة ولا يُعدّ عيبًا.
