You confirm you have the right to use any names and photos you provide, and that they are appropriate.تؤكّد أنّ لديك الحقّ في استخدام أيّ أسماء وصورٍ تقدّمها، وأنّها لائقة.
Prices are shown before checkout. Printed orders are made for you, so production begins after payment.تُعرض الأسعار قبل الدفع. والطلبات المطبوعة تُصنع خصّيصًا لك، لذا يبدأ الإنتاج بعد الدفع.
Printing begins only after you approve your finished book. Counted from that approval, delivery takes about 5 days to the Middle East and North Africa, 7 days to Europe and the United States, and 10 to 14 days elsewhere; the exact price and time for your country are shown in the book builder before you pay. Extra copies of one book ship together, so delivery is charged once per order. Full detail for each destination, and the countries we cannot post to, are in our Delivery & Shipping policy. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, we will reprint or refund it.لا تبدأ الطباعة إلا بعد اعتمادك للكتاب المكتمل. وابتداءً من هذا الاعتماد يستغرق التوصيل نحو 5 أيام إلى الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، و7 أيام إلى أوروبا والولايات المتحدة، ومن 10 إلى 14 يومًا إلى بقيّة الوجهات؛ وتظهر لك التكلفة والمدّة الدقيقتان لبلدك داخل صفحة إنشاء الكتاب قبل الدفع. وتُشحن النسخ الإضافية من الكتاب الواحد معًا، فتُحتسب رسوم التوصيل مرّة واحدة لكل طلب. وتجد التفاصيل الكاملة لكل وجهة، والدول التي لا نستطيع الشحن إليها، في سياسة التوصيل والشحن. وإذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو خاطئًا، فسنعيد طباعته أو نردّ قيمته.
Every Habka Book book is made to order for one family, so it cannot be resold or restocked. For that reason we cannot refund a finished book simply because you changed your mind.كلّ كتاب من حبكة بوك يُصنع خصّيصًا لعائلةٍ واحدة، فلا يمكن إعادة بيعه أو إرجاعه إلى المخزون. لذلك لا نقدّم استردادًا لتغيّر الرأي بعد إنشاء الكتاب.
If something is wrong, we will fix it. If your printed book arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it free of charge. If a reprint cannot put it right, we will refund it. We do not offer both a reprint and a refund for the same item.وإذا كان هناك خطأ، فسنُصلحه. إذا وصل كتابك المطبوع تالفًا أو بطباعةٍ خاطئة أو مختلفًا عمّا طلبت، أرسل لنا صورة خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام وسنعيد طباعته مجانًا. وإن تعذّر إصلاح الأمر بإعادة الطباعة، فسنردّ قيمته. ولا نجمع بين إعادة الطباعة واسترداد المبلغ للنسخة نفسها.
How refunds are paid. Any refund goes back to the same card or wallet you paid with; we cannot send it to a different account. Refunds can only be processed within 90 days of the purchase, so please raise any problem well before then.كيفية ردّ المبالغ. يُعاد أيّ مبلغ إلى البطاقة أو المحفظة نفسها التي دفعت بها، ولا يمكننا تحويله إلى حسابٍ آخر. ولا تتم معالجة الاسترداد إلا خلال 90 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، فنرجو إبلاغنا بأي مشكلة قبل ذلك بوقتٍ كافٍ.
Changes before printing. Printed orders are held for 24 hours before they go to the printer. Reply to your order email within that time to change a name, a line of text, or an illustration. After 24 hours the book goes to print and cannot be changed.التعديلات قبل الطباعة. تُحفظ الطلبات المطبوعة 24 ساعة قبل إرسالها إلى المطبعة. ردّ على بريد طلبك خلال هذه المدة لتعديل اسم أو سطر نصّ أو رسمة. وبعد 24 ساعة يُرسل الكتاب للطباعة ولا يمكن تغييره.
Digital books are delivered instantly, so they are final once you unlock them. You confirm this at checkout. Please read the free preview pages first; that is exactly what they are for.الكتب الرقمية تُسلَّم فورًا، لذا تكون نهائية بمجرّد فتحها، وأنت تؤكّد ذلك عند الدفع. اقرأ صفحات المعاينة المجانية أولًا من فضلك، فلهذا وُجدت.
Slight variation in colour and trim is normal in printing and is not a fault. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights if a product is genuinely faulty.الاختلاف الطفيف في الألوان وحوافّ القصّ أمرٌ طبيعي في الطباعة ولا يُعدّ عيبًا. ولا يؤثّر أيٌّ ممّا في هذه السياسة على حقوقك القانونية إذا كان المنتج معيبًا فعلًا.
Digital books. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days under EU and UK consumer law. When you unlock a digital book you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (§ 356 (6) BGB; UK CCR 2013 reg. 37). We collect this consent at checkout and repeat it in your order confirmation.الكتب الرقمية. لديك حقّ رجوعٍ خلال 14 يومًا بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة. وعند فتح كتابٍ رقمي فإنك توافق صراحةً على التسليم الفوري وتقرّ بأنك تفقد حقّ الرجوع بمجرّد بدء التسليم (§ 356 (6) BGB؛ لائحة CCR البريطانية 2013، المادة 37). نجمع هذه الموافقة عند الدفع ونكرّرها في تأكيد طلبك.
Printed books. Personalized goods made to your specification are exempt from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB; UK CCR 2013 reg. 28(1)(b)). That is why we email you the finished book to read before it goes to the printer, and the defect policy above always applies.الكتب المطبوعة. السلع المخصّصة المصنوعة وفق مواصفاتك مستثناة من حقّ الرجوع (§ 312g (2) رقم 1 BGB؛ اللائحة البريطانية CCR 2013، المادة 28(1)(b)). ولهذا نرسل إليك الكتاب المكتمل لتقرأه قبل إرساله إلى المطبعة، وتبقى سياسة العيوب أعلاه سارية دائمًا.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory warranty rights.لا يحدّ أيٌّ ممّا في هذا القسم من حقوقك القانونية في الضمان.
You may keep and personally use your finished book. The Habka Book brand and platform remain ours.يمكنك الاحتفاظ بكتابك المكتمل واستخدامه لأغراضك الشخصية. وتبقى علامة حبكة بوك ومنصّته ملكًا لنا.
Do not use Habka Book to create harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content, or to infringe the rights of others.لا تستخدم حبكة بوك لإنشاء محتوى ضارّ أو مسيء أو غير لائق، أو للاعتداء على حقوق الآخرين.
Habka Book is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, to the extent allowed by law.يُقدّم حبكة بوك كما هو، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا على المبلغ الذي دفعته للطلب المعنيّ، بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.
